Welfare Bus for Haulage UK

Understanding of support, with intervention for mental health and wellbeing before issues escalate.

We have identified higher-than-average levels of ASD employment within our sector and will make the changes needed to support our all of our Hi-Viz Heroes.

Simple changes result in massive benefits. This is not hard to do, would you like to help us?

Logistics pressures people operating around tight windows. When basic welfare is missing and respect breaks down, small delays become conflict, fatigue increases, and good people leave or become unwell.

Drivers and workers on the bus enjoying the space

Considered, professionally supported welfare. Not a tick box or signposting. Genuine in-person support and in mass print with our tour around the UK.  Car, Van, Bus and Coach drivers, Fork Truck Drivers, Warehouse staff, everyone who wears a Hi-Viz.

Get involved as a business with more than just a mnetion on a bus. Your own extensive marketing material and tens of thousands of branded genuinely considered welfare brochures with direct support.  Discover being a better employer and help us raise standards across the UK logistics industry.

We are going to replicate the work done at a local truck stop, that cares for visiting drivers and has already shifted the culture and value of each other, building a model designed to scale across the UK.

We are an independent not-for-profit that is going to fight, support and change how UK drivers, warhouse staff, bus and coach drivers perceive themselves for better reward, encouragement and treatment by everyone.

We are not dictated to and will stand-up for what our ongoing findings discover needs changing.

When people are tired, rushed, and judged, feeling low and underappreciated they go on the defensive. That turns minor issues into conflict, and it drains everyone.

We are going to attract more than just visitors, funders and logistics operators. We are actively working towards national media coverage of what our Hi-Viz legends do for our economy, to start the culture change and emotional value of everyone that is 'just doing their job' - in or out of the cab.

Supporting staff.

Sanitary supplies, spare tacho rolls, haz stickers, gloves, container seals, toothbrushes and toothpaste without charge.

A typical stop is planned as a two-day presence at truck stops, industry events and your yard! Open to drivers, warehouse staff, and site teams during scheduled visits and we encourage your staff and operators to mix. People can step inside, sit down, hydrate, grab fruit or essentials, and take a short break away from operational pressure. We provide optional peer-to-peer conversation designed to encourage open, practical discussion.

For Employers.

Most businesses are not getting driver welfare wrong on purpose. It has never been set out in a way that fits real logistics environments.

We will show you how simple it is to support everyone, improving staff retention while creating greater rewards for your business.

If you think that staff welfare 'will open a can of worms'; it won't - we can show you.

Here All Day supports companies, managers and site teams to understand what welfare actually looks like in practice. Not theory, not policies, just simple, workable changes in how people are treated, how pressure is handled, and how communication happens on site. It does not take major investment or operational change. Small adjustments, seeing another perspective and a little time, makes a noticeable difference to how the day runs.

We help businesses see what their drivers, warehouse teams and office staff are dealing with, and how to respond better to it. When that understanding is in place, friction reduces, conversations improve, and staff feel more valued. The job does not change, but the way people experience it does, and that is where the real impact sits.
